About the role
Design, develop, and implement high-performance, low-latency trading systems for Global Financial Markets. Optimize system latency, scalability, and resilience; maintain CI/CD pipelines; and collaborate with traders, quantitative analysts, and infrastructure teams. Candidates should have 1–5 years of experience for Associate roles or 5–8 years for Senior Associate roles, with proficiency in Java and knowledge of trading systems, order management, and risk management. Experience with low-latency architectures, multithreading, high-throughput systems, cloud platforms, containerization, and CI/CD is sought, along with a bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
