About the role
Design, develop, and support high-performance, low-latency algorithmic trading platforms, strategies, execution algorithms, and trading infrastructure. Collaborate with Quantitative, Product, Sales, and Technology teams to implement trading models, customize solutions for clients, and improve platform performance. Requires 3–5+ years developing low-latency trading strategies in Equities, Futures, or Listed Derivatives, expert-level Java, strong Linux skills, and knowledge of market microstructure, electronic trading regulations, and quantitative analysis. A bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related technical field is required.
