About the role
Maintain, enhance, and port futures trading algorithms across QuantConnect/LEAN and NinjaTrader, taking strategies through research, validation, and production deployment. Monitor live trading and execution quality, integrate broker APIs, research new signals, and collaborate with the founding team on strategy and system improvements. Candidates need production-level C# or C++ experience and hands-on algorithm development on an institutional-grade platform, along with the ability to modify and port existing strategies. They should have live futures trading knowledge, strong backtesting and statistical skills, and experience with execution logic, risk management, and debugging.
