About the role
You will be responsible for building tooling, infrastructure, and implementing models for the Commodities desk. As the sole developer, you will work directly with Portfolio Managers and Quant Researchers to support front office operations. Candidates must have a 2.1 degree or higher in Computer Science or a similar field and at least 5 years of Python development experience in financial markets. Strong communication skills and hands-on experience with modern infrastructure platforms like Kafka, Airflow, and Kubernetes are required.
