About the role
Build and maintain the portfolio management platform, frameworks, and data layers used by trading teams across asset classes. Develop containerized C# applications and platform capabilities for storing, transforming, and testing data at scale, working closely with researchers and technology teams. Requires a STEM degree at 2:1 level or higher from a top university and 1–4 years of commercial software development experience, including at least one year working with C#. Candidates should have experience with Python and/or C++, cloud-based data storage and processing, and tools such as Spark, Parquet, or Arrow; knowledge of AWS, Kubernetes, and Docker is also sought. Familiarity with agentic AI coding tools is expected, while financial markets experience is desirable but not required.
