About the role
Provide technical leadership and improve engineering practices across research workflows, including the use of agentic coding tools. Build and support quantitative research tools, automate large-scale data workflows, help move trading strategies into production, and evolve the team’s software platform. Requires 5–10 years of quantitative development experience and strong Python development skills, including proficiency with agentic software development. Candidates should uphold high standards for code quality, testing, and maintainable design, and be able to prioritize work, collaborate, and communicate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
