Software Engineer (Trading / Rust / C++)

About the role

Design, develop, and maintain high-performance trading connectivity systems, including market-data feeds, order routing, and exchange protocols, with a focus on minimizing latency and supporting accurate risk processing. Collaborate across teams on requirements and architecture, improve system performance, support Kubernetes-based deployments and production environments, and contribute to Agile ceremonies. Requires a bachelor’s degree or higher in computer science or a related quantitative field, at least five years of relevant software engineering experience, and experience with low-latency, parallel, or distributed systems. Candidates need at least four years of professional C++ experience unless they work with Rust, along with full SDLC and Agile experience, effective English communication, and willingness to be based in or relocate to Amsterdam; sponsorship is limited to candidates already in the Netherlands.
