Software Engineer — Quantitative Trading Firm

About the role

Design, build, and maintain production systems for a live trading environment, spanning high-performance trading systems, data infrastructure, and developer tools. Collaborate closely with traders and researchers in small teams, and investigate and improve systems, tooling, and internal libraries. The role seeks a strong programmer with a genuine interest in technology, solid knowledge of data structures and algorithms, and the ability to reason mathematically from first principles. Candidates should be curious, collaborative, humble, eager to learn, and fluent in English; competitive programming, mathematics olympiads, systems engineering, and open-source contributions are advantageous but not required.
