About the role
Collaborate with quantitative researchers to turn machine learning and statistical models into deployable trading strategies, and develop and maintain the tools and infrastructure used for quantitative research. Optimize strategy performance, iterate on tools and workflows to improve research efficiency, and support the stability of the research platform. A bachelor's degree or higher in computer science, software engineering, or a related field is required. Candidates should have C++ and Python programming experience, strong coding and data-processing abilities, knowledge of common data structures and algorithms, sound engineering skills, and strong communication and teamwork abilities.
