Software Engineer (Trading / Rust / C++)

About the role

Design, develop, and maintain high-performance C++ and/or Rust systems connecting trading platforms to exchanges, including market-data feeds, order routing, and exchange protocols. Improve latency and system performance, contribute to architecture and tested code, support Kubernetes deployments and production environments, and collaborate across teams using Agile practices. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or a related quantitative field, at least five years of relevant software engineering experience, and experience with low-latency, parallel, or distributed systems. At least four years of professional C++ experience is required unless the candidate works with Rust; strong English communication, full SDLC experience, and willingness to work in or relocate to Amsterdam are also expected.
