About the role
Design, develop, and optimize high-performance Java systems for pricing, risk, and trading, while owning scalable and resilient components of the trading platform. Support live trading operations, improve monitoring and diagnostics, collaborate with front-office and quantitative teams, and mentor junior developers. Candidates should have strong hands-on Java experience in low-latency financial systems, with deep knowledge of performance optimization, concurrency, and JVM internals. Experience with pricing, risk, or electronic trading platforms is expected; FIX, order routing, broker connectivity, asset-class experience, and mentoring are beneficial.
