About the role
Design, develop, test, and deploy high-performance software systems in collaboration with cross-functional teams, supporting traders and researchers with real-time decision-making. Implement algorithms and data structures, assess emerging technologies, and address performance, security, and scalability challenges. A bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field, excellent academic results, and strong programming skills in at least one modern language are required. Candidates should understand algorithms, data structures, and software design; experience with distributed systems, parallel computing, or high-frequency trading is a plus.
