About the role
Develop and maintain software and configuration that support automated financial strategies, working with large datasets in research and production environments. Monitor systems, analyze activity to identify issues and support performance, and contribute to longer-term projects that improve trading technology. A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or another strong STEM discipline is sought, along with programming experience in a major language such as Python, C++, or Java. Candidates should have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and effective communication skills for a fast-paced environment.
