About the role
Develop and enhance the quantitative research framework, building tools and providing day-to-day support to the on-site research team. Collaborate with researchers and traders to deliver reliable production software, working across Python tooling and performance-critical components as needed. A bachelor's degree in Computer Science from a top or elite university is sought; a master's degree is a plus. Candidates should have at least three years of production Python experience, familiarity with statistical and data libraries, scripting and workflow tools, and strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
