About the role
Build, optimize, and maintain the firm's research pipeline, trading strategies, and supporting infrastructure, with a focus on performance and code quality. Collaborate with traders and developers on project planning, testing, debugging, and staying informed about industry developments. A bachelor's, master's, or PhD degree in a STEM-related field and more than two years of relevant work experience are required. Candidates should have experience with C++ and Python, strong organizational and software architecture skills, knowledge of optimization and profiling, and the ability to manage multiple projects.
