Develop tools and improve the software platform and engineering practices to meet evolving research and trading needs. Requires 5 to 10 years of professional software engineering experience, strong Python skills, and high standards for code quality, testing, and maintainability. Candidates should communicate effectively and manage priorities in a collaborative, fast-paced environment; experience in financial markets or machine learning is beneficial.
