About the role
Design, build, and maintain a global algorithmic trading platform, including customizable low-latency strategies and infrastructure for order handling, rules engines, and trading modules. Partner with quantitative, product, and sales teams to implement models, address client requests, deliver customizations, and continuously improve the technology. Requires a bachelor's degree or higher in computer science, mathematics, or a related engineering discipline, plus 3–5 years of low-latency trading strategy development experience. Candidates should have strong Core Java, Linux, and object-oriented design expertise, along with knowledge of market microstructure, quantitative analysis, strategy back-testing, and cross-functional collaboration.
