Senior C++ Developer (Low-Latency) high-frequency trading (HFT)

About the role

Design, build, and maintain high-performance C++ services for high-message-rate, low-latency workloads, optimizing algorithms, networking, I/O, and resource use. Profile and debug performance issues, collaborate with trading, quantitative, and infrastructure teams, and contribute production-quality code, tests, documentation, reviews, and engineering improvements. Requires strong modern C++ skills, knowledge of concurrency and computer science fundamentals, and experience building performance-critical or low-latency systems. Candidates should also have Linux systems programming and performance analysis experience, familiarity with Git and build systems, and strong problem-solving skills; financial markets, kernel-bypass networking, and hardware-aware optimization are advantageous.
