About the role
Architect, develop, and optimize low-latency trading applications, market access systems, exchange connectivity, order routing, and market data handlers in modern C++. Collaborate with traders, quants, and researchers to implement trading strategies, and support the full software lifecycle from design and testing through deployment and production support. Requires a bachelor’s, master’s, or doctoral degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, physics, or a related STEM field, plus at least five years of experience developing performance-critical software in C++14 or newer. Candidates should have strong multithreading, memory management, TCP/UDP networking, Linux/Unix, software architecture, and performance optimization skills.
