About the role

Lead and mentor a team of quantitative developers while personally building and enhancing production models for an energy analytics SaaS platform. Own model delivery and technical quality, validate methodologies and results, and collaborate across product, engineering, and client-facing teams. Requires a graduate degree in a quantitative discipline, though candidates with a bachelor's degree and outstanding experience may be considered, plus 6–8 years of professional quantitative modeling experience in R or Python. Candidates should bring technical leadership experience, expertise in quantitative methods, energy or commodities market knowledge, strong software engineering fundamentals, and the ability to communicate modeling results effectively.
