About the role
Design, develop, and optimize low-latency trading applications, market access systems, exchange connectivity, order routing, and market data handlers using modern C++. Work with traders, quants, and researchers to implement trading strategies, improve system performance and reliability, and support the full software development lifecycle. Requires a bachelor's, master's, or doctoral degree in a STEM field and at least five years of experience developing performance-critical software in C++14 or newer. Candidates should have strong multithreading, memory management, and TCP/UDP networking skills, familiarity with Linux/Unix and network tools, and experience with software architecture and performance optimization.
