About the role

Develop and optimize high-performance trading software that connects to global exchanges, processes market data, and executes orders and trading strategies. Own software throughout its lifecycle and collaborate with traders, quantitative specialists, and hardware engineers to improve reliability, scalability, and latency. Requires at least five years of professional software engineering experience after graduation, strong modern C++ experience (C++17 or later), and a bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant technical discipline. Candidates should understand algorithms, data structures, memory, CPU caches, and networking; Rust experience and an interest in financial markets are beneficial but not essential.
