Software Engineer (Trading / Rust / C++)

About the role

Design, develop, and maintain high-performance C++ and/or Rust systems for exchange connectivity, market-data feeds, order routing, and risk frameworks, with a focus on minimizing latency. Collaborate across teams on requirements and architecture, improve system performance, support Kubernetes-based deployments and production environments, and contribute to Agile ceremonies. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or a related quantitative field, at least five years of relevant software engineering experience, and at least four years of professional C++ experience unless working with Rust. Experience with low-latency, parallel, or distributed systems and the full software development lifecycle is required; candidates must be based in or willing to relocate to Amsterdam, and sponsorship is limited to candidates already in the Netherlands.
