About the role
Design, develop, and implement quantitative models, analytics, and AI-powered systems for Global Markets, taking solutions from idea generation through production launch. Build and maintain applications and workflows on UBS’s cloud-based quantitative analytics platform while partnering with Trading, Structuring, Sales, Quant, IT, and Risk teams. Candidates should be proficient in Python and have experience delivering production changes to complex systems, along with strong analytical, problem-solving, architectural design, and communication skills. A relevant STEM academic background is required; AI/ML production experience, agentic design, MCP servers, and Python data libraries are preferred.
