About the role
Build and scale high-performance libraries, developer frameworks, tools, and internal APIs used by quantitative researchers, while partnering with them to address technical bottlenecks. Own production deployments, runtime debugging, and low-level performance optimization across workflows. Requires at least five years of software engineering experience with Python and C++, plus a track record building developer frameworks, shared libraries, or mission-critical production systems. Candidates should have deep knowledge of Linux, CI/CD pipelines, testing frameworks, and debugging; quantitative finance experience is a plus.
