About the role

Design and improve workload scheduling, fleet management, clustered file systems, software lifecycle tooling, and platform reliability for large-scale compute environments. Investigate and tune kernel and network performance, build infrastructure metrics tools, and collaborate with a global team supporting research and trading workloads. Requires professional experience in infrastructure orchestration and fleet management, advanced Python skills for systems engineering, and a degree in a relevant technical field or comparable practical experience. The role also calls for curiosity, strong communication and organisational skills; experience with Ansible, cloud-native infrastructure, Linux, networking, HPC, storage, GPUs, or data-centre hardware is desirable.
