About the role
Design, build, and optimize low-latency trading, pricing, risk, market-data, and backtesting systems, translating quantitative models into reliable production software. Collaborate with quants, traders, and other stakeholders; support compliance, observability, incident response, documentation, and mentorship. Requires a bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or a related quantitative discipline, at least 10 years of software engineering experience with significant fintech experience, and strong programming skills in C++, Java, or Python. Candidates should have experience with low-latency systems, market data and FIX, risk and P&L attribution, concurrency, performance tuning, and clear communication and documentation.
