About the role
Develop software and quantitative models that support automated trading strategies, writing reliable code and building systems to handle complex data and processes. Analyze projects, research and backtest potential solutions, then implement them in collaboration with traders and senior professionals. A Master's degree in Physics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or an equivalent field is sought, along with exceptional academic performance or comparable evidence of ability. Candidates should be proficient in multiple programming languages, comfortable with Linux/Unix and Git, and demonstrate careful coding, clear communication, teamwork, flexibility, initiative, and resilience.
