Lead Software Engineer - Global Prop Trading Firm

About the role

Lead the architecture, development, and production deployment of proprietary, low-latency trading infrastructure, initially supporting trading across Chinese markets. Provide hands-on technical leadership, collaborate with trading and quantitative teams, and build scalable, resilient systems and engineering capability. Requires strong software engineering and technical leadership experience, including professional development of trading systems or other performance-critical financial technology. Candidates should be proficient in one or more of C++, Python, Go, or Rust; have experience building low-latency systems and understanding trading infrastructure; and be fluent in Mandarin Chinese.
