About the role
Design, build, and optimize low-latency crypto market-making systems, including exchange connectivity, order book reconstruction, quoting, order management, and risk checks. Lead and mentor quant developers while improving system performance, reliability, and production readiness in partnership with traders and quants. Requires 7–8 years of experience building low-latency, high-throughput systems in C++, with strong performance-engineering skills and experience operating persistent WebSocket and REST connectivity. Candidates should have technical leadership experience, a focus on correctness and resilience, and the ability to communicate latency and risk tradeoffs; trading or crypto market microstructure experience is preferred or a bonus.
