Junior Software Engineer - Algo Trading Systems

About the role

Design and build scalable backend systems and platform components for real-time execution and algorithmic trading, using Python, Java, and/or C++. Develop data-driven trading features and models while ensuring low latency, reliability, and strong system performance. Collaborate with trading and product stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions. Candidates should have a strong software engineering background, experience with at least one of Python, Java, or C++, and knowledge of distributed systems, system design, and scalability. A strong academic background in computer science or a quantitative discipline is preferred; experience in financial markets, algorithmic trading, market data, low-latency systems, or AI/ML is desirable.
