About the role
Build and operate a high-performance, multi-exchange crypto trading platform, including its order management system, real-time arbitrage scanners, execution infrastructure, and data pipelines. Develop backtesting frameworks and quantitative strategies while maintaining production reliability, execution quality, and risk controls. Requires 7+ years of experience in quantitative development or algorithmic trading systems, strong systems engineering skills, and expertise in backtesting, market data, and multi-exchange OMS. Candidates should have strong Python and C++ skills and experience with exchange APIs, including REST, WebSockets, and FIX 4.4.
