Senior Vice President : Core Java Development(Low Latency & E-Trading Experience)

About the role

Lead the architecture, development, and optimization of the firm’s next-generation low-latency electronic trading platform and algorithmic execution systems. Set engineering standards, guide technical teams, partner with product and quantitative stakeholders, and oversee platform resilience, monitoring, and risk controls. Requires 10+ years of hands-on software development experience, expert Core Java and JVM knowledge, and a proven record building low-latency automated trading systems. Candidates should also have expertise in financial protocols such as FIX, distributed microservices, and CI/CD, along with strong technical leadership; a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required, and a relevant master’s degree is preferred.
