Senior Quantitative Developer - Systematic Trading

About the role

Provide technical leadership and improve engineering standards while building and enhancing quantitative research tools and infrastructure. Automate large-scale data preparation and cleansing, partner with quantitative researchers to productionize strategies, and help evolve the team’s software platform and research workflows. Candidates should have 5–10 years of quantitative development experience, strong Python skills, and excellent software engineering fundamentals. They should prioritize code quality, testing, and maintainable design, have experience with or interest in agentic software development, and be able to manage multiple projects while communicating and collaborating effectively.
