About the role
Develop and scale technology solutions for trading problems, working closely with trading and strategy teams to identify opportunities and create commercial value. Build and improve research platforms, backtesting infrastructure, market-data pipelines, quantitative analytics, and systems supporting production trading. Candidates should have strong mathematical and analytical ability, a strong software engineering background, and experience working closely with trading desks, quantitative teams, or strategy teams. They should combine commercial thinking and an interest in financial markets with the ability to solve complex problems across technology and trading; experience with Python and large-scale systems is highly relevant.
